I spent my day off with my best friend, it was great to see her after being away for six weeks. Dave went with Carly to the rehearsal space in San Francisco for an Anti-Flag rehearsal. Charlie, Drew and I took the Shuttle into the city to set up for our Great American Music Hall show. The show went ok but we were up against Gwar playing tonight. Accustomed to Nothing opened so it was another New Red Archives showcase.

A few weeks after the last gig, we got news that Alvin’s health had taken a turn for the worse and ended hooked up to drip’s in the hospital back in the UK with Auto Immune Disease. He is currently recuperating and is back on his feet.
