Started again towards
Denver at 9.00 am after breakfast. I drove first followed by Dave then Drew. We stopped at
a river while Charlie attempted again to fish using cheese as bait. We got into Denver
early and checked into a motel. This was a last minute booking and was not well attended, two local bands opened. While Anti-Flag where playing we were approached by a promoter of raves who wanted us to play tomorrow for a crazy amount of money. I told him I would meet him in the morning, but I was very skeptical. Chris Head is so ill he can’t play so Anti-Flag played as a three piece. We totally won over a cool crowd by the end of our set. We spent an hour in the bar before going back to the hotel at 2.30 am. |
