01. A Massive Return 02. Set List
|
Got up at 11.00 am and
had to wait for an hour while Charlie ate a discusting breakfast with idiot babble from
the TV in the background. He had left a bag in Chicago, so even though we were late we had
to go back to the club. It was raining heavily again as we drove back to the gig listening
to stupid comments made by some hippy friend of Charlies. We retrieve the bag and I
drove through the rain until around 100 miles from St Louis when it cleared up. Drew took
over. We stopped for ten minutes for mexican food, then as we approached the city it
started raining heavily again. We were very late, but fortunately there was a bunch of
people there to help with the load in up a long flight of stairs. Half way through load in
a thunder storm started with torrential rain. Anti-Flag arrive after us. New Red Archives
band Ultraman showed up who I hadnt seen since I produced their album Non-Existence. The gig was quite full. Anti-Flag did ok but our set was very lack luster. We still went down well and did an encore. One of the monitors fell on Charlies leg. Drew, Dave and Carly got a motel, Charlie and I slept in the Shuttle at 3.30 am. |
