After breakfast at the diner next to the motel, we got away at 1.30pm getting us to Boston in time to get drum supplies. The show is beneath a Middle Eastern restaurant with an Indian restaurant next door (Heaven), and for a mid-week show it was very well attended. I’m feeling a little tired today but I have to go through the songs again with Carly, because she’s really not had enough time to get everything down. The food was good though. The DropKick Murphys opened followed by the dyslexics. Anti-flag played a good set while ours was just ok. Charlie and I tried to cover more stage again, Carly played well, but the show wasn’t as good as last night. Our practice amp is broken and we’re running low on merchandise.. After load out I drove all the way back to New York city, dropped Steve Toxin off, crossed the George Washington bridge then handed over to Drew at 6.00am. |
