I cleaned up the shuttle a little again, then took a bath at 9.00 am in Dave and Alvin’s room. The air is still cool this morning but the sun is out. Charlie had stayed at Matthew’s house, we picked him up and set off for Houston.

Emo’s was in a nice building, but before the show started, there were fights breaking out. Anti-Flag played a good set, their sound is slowly getting better, now the guitars are louder out front.The show was ok, I thought we lacked energy, but Justin said it was great. As soon as we left the stage a huge fight broke out outside the show.

Alvin and I were talking to women after the show and agreed to meet them at another club, (both named Liza). Dave left with Anti-Flag, while we ran Charlie to a woman’s house halfway across the city. When we got there, Charlie wouldn’t go in because there were dogs barking inside. We had dropped into the club were our dates were supposed to meet us, Alvin’s friend was totally drunk and my friend didn’t show. Kevin brought an idiot woman with him who kept trying to smoke pot and cigarettes in the Shuttle - I almost threw her off the bus but ended up driving her home where Kevin, Charlie and Alvin stayed. I slept in the bus. It was very late.
